Bosiljevo-Sisak DN 800/100 Main Natural Gas Pipeline Construction

The works within the scope of the Bosiljevo–Sisak DN 800/100 Main Natural Gas Pipeline Project include the turnkey construction of the pipeline and its associated technological facilities.

The scope of work covers construction works (preparation of the working corridor, trench excavation, fill and embankment works, crossing structures and foundation works), mechanical and installation works (supply, assembly and installation of steel pipes, valves, pig stations and other facility equipment), welding and coating works (pipeline welding, non-destructive testing (NDT) and field joint coating), electrical, instrumentation and automation systems, cathodic protection system, geodetic works (mapping, surveying and as-built documentation), as well as the supply, delivery and installation of all necessary equipment and materials in accordance with the technical specifications.

The project has been designed and will be implemented in a way that ensures the safe, continuous and uninterrupted transmission of natural gas while minimizing operational risks.

The total length of the 32-inch (DN 800) main natural gas pipeline is 102.05 km.

VEMAK's Scope of Work;

VEMAK İnşaat Taahhüt Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. is responsible for the turnkey execution of the following within the scope of the Bosiljevo–Sisak DN 800/100 Main Natural Gas Pipeline Project;

• Mechanical works between km 0+000 – 50+953 along the pipeline route,
• Construction works between km 0+000 – 70+443,
• As well as mechanical and construction works at the PČ Bosiljevo, BS1 Zvečaj, BS2 Krnjak, BS3 Vojnić and MČS BS4 Gvozd facilities,

on a turnkey basis.
